Prof. Jingde Huang Dean of Mechanical Engineering College, Zhuhai College of Science and Technology, China Jingde Huang is a postdoctoral fellow, professor, doctoral supervisor, and vice president of the Mechanical Engineering College. He serves as a reviewer for the China Academic Degrees & Graduate Education Development Center. Additionally, he is a member of the Professional Committee of Electrical Product Reliability of China Electrotechnical Society and the director of the China Electrical Product Reliability Research Association. Professor Huang's primary research focuses on complex system simulation and control, state monitoring and fault prediction, as well as machine vision detection. He has presided over numerous research projects, including over 20 funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the 863 Program, national defense pre-research, and key special projects of ordinary colleges and universities in Guangdong Province. He has authored or contributed to over 20 national planning textbooks, monographs, and industrial technical specifications, such as Machine Vision Technology and Application and Industrial Robot Simulation Technology and Mechanical Drawing. Professor Huang has published over 100 papers in various domestic and international scientific journals and international academic conferences, including Mechatronics, Journal of Military Industry, BCPT, Journal of System Simulation, Journal of Instrumentation and Journal of Electronic Measurement and Instrumentation. More than 50 of his papers have been indexed in SCI and EI. He holds 15 national invention patents and utility model patents, as well as 4 software copyrights. For his outstanding contributions, Professor Huang has been awarded a provincial and ministerial first prize for scientific and technological progress, a first prize for excellent academic achievements, 5 provincial and ministerial second prizes, and 2 third prizes for scientific and technological progress. Prof. Huang has been awarded one first prize for provincial and ministerial quality courses, one first prize for excellent multimedia courseware, one first prize for excellent audio-visual teaching materials, one first prize for outstanding teaching materials, two second prizes for provincial and ministerial excellent teaching materials, and one second prize in the experimental teaching design competition. As a mentor, he has guided numerous student groups in completing the national college students' entrepreneurship practice project and the special funding project of Guangdong Province's science and technology innovation strategy. |
Prof. Ram Bilas Pachori, IEEE Senior Member Indian Institute of Technology Indore, India Ram Bilas Pachori received the B.E. degree with honors in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Technological University, Bhopal, India, in 2001. He then obtained his M.Tech. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from IIT Kanpur, India, in 2003 and 2008, respectively. Prior to joining IIT Indore, India, he served as a Post-Doctoral Fellow at the Charles Delaunay Institute, University of Technology of Troyes, France (2007-2008) and held the position of Assistant Professor at the Communication Research Center, International Institute of Information Technology, Hyderabad, India (2008-2009). Subsequently, he worked as an Assistant Professor (2009-2013) and an Associate Professor (2013-2017) at the Department of Electrical Engineering, IIT Indore, where he has been a professor since 2017. Additionally, he is affiliated with the Center for Advanced Electronics, IIT Indore. In 2023, he served as a Visiting Professor at various institutions, including the Department of Computer Engineering, Modeling, Electronics and Systems Engineering, University of Calabria, Rende, Italy (July); the Faculty of Information & Communication Technology, University of Malta, Malta (June to July); the Neural Dynamics of Visual Cognition Lab, Free University of Berlin, Germany (July to September); and the School of Medicine, Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences, Taylor’s University, Malaysia (2018 to 2019). Earlier, in December 2014, he was a visiting scholar at the Intelligent Systems Research Center, Ulster University, Londonderry, UK. His research interests span signal and image processing, biomedical signal processing, non-stationary signal processing, speech signal processing, brain-computer interface, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and the application of the internet of things in healthcare. He serves as an Associate Editor for Electronics Letters, IEEE Transactions on Neural Systems and Rehabilitation Engineering, and Biomedical Signal Processing and Control, and as an Editor for the IETE Technical Review journal. He is a Fellow of IETE, IEI, and IET. He has published 317 works, encompassing journal articles (194), conference papers (87), books (10), and book chapters (26). Additionally, he holds eight patents, including one granted Australian patent and seven published Indian patents. His work has been cited over 15,000 times, with an h-index of 66 according to Google Scholar. |

Prof. Xin Xu, IEEE Senior Member Wuhan University of Science and Technology, China Xin Xu received his B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in computer science and engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai, China, in 2004 and 2012 respectively. He is currently a Full Professor at the School of Computer Science and Technology, Wuhan University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China. His research revolves around image processing, computer vision, and deep learning. More specifically, his research areas concentrate on establishing a hierarchical person re-identification architecture encompassing detection and recognition for nighttime surveillance scenarios. One of his publications was selected as the cover paper of the International Journal of Intelligent Systems in 2022. He was shortlisted as a Best Paper Finalist at the IEEE International Conference on Multimedia and Expo (ICME) 2021. |
Prof. Yulin Wang, IEEE Senior Member Wuhan University, China Yulin Wang is a full professor in the School of Computer Science at Wuhan University in China. His research interests encompass image and video processing, digital rights management, information security, intelligent systems, e-commerce, IoT, and code clone analysis, among others. He obtained his PhD degree from the University of London in the UK. Prior to that, he received his master's and bachelor's degrees from Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST) and Xi'an Jiaotong University, respectively, both in China. Before joining Wuhan University, he worked in the high-tech IT industry, including at HUAWEI© and a national research institute, for over ten years. Professor Wang has participated in more than 15 national and international research projects. In the past ten years, Professor Wang has published one book and over 50 journal and conference papers, including in IEEE Transactions on Image Processing (TIP). He holds 10 authorized patents. He has served as the Editor-in-Chief of two international journals and as a reviewer for top IEEE and ACM journals. Additionally, he has served as a reviewer for innovative talent projects and national research funds, including the National High Technology Research and Development Program of China. |
Prof. Xiaoda Li Vice President of Mechanical Engineering College, Zhuhai College of Science and Technology, China Prof. Xiaoda Li holds a doctorate in engineering and serves as a professor and master's supervisor. Currently, she is the secretary of the Party Committee and vice president of the Mechanical Engineering School at Zhuhai University of Science and Technology. She is included in the "Hundred and Ten Talents Training Project" of Guangdong Province, the "Hundred Talents Project," and the school's "Three Levels" talent plan. Her primary research focuses on key technologies related to material forming theory, simulation of forming processes, automobile lightweight design, and manufacturing information technology. She has presided over and been a key participant in over 20 scientific research and educational reform projects at the national, provincial, municipal, and campus levels. She has also frequently taken charge of and been involved in resolving issues faced by enterprises. Prof. Li has published over 30 papers in SCI, EI, Chinese Core Journals, and other journals. |
Prof. Seokwon Yeom Daegu university Gyeongsan, South Korea Seokwon (Sekwon) Yeom is currently a professor at the School of ICT Convergence at Daegu University in South Korea. His research interests lie in intelligent processing of image and optical information, machine learning, and target tracking. He has conducted research on multiple target tracking for airborne early warning systems, three-dimensional image processing using digital holography and integral imaging, photon-counting linear discriminant analysis and nonlinear matched filters, millimeter wave and infrared image analysis, low-resolution object recognition, and smart surveillance systems utilizing unmanned vehicle technology. Professor Yeom serves as a member of the editorial board of Applied Sciences, a board member of the Korean Institute of Intelligent Systems, and a member of the board of directors of the Korean Institute of Convergence Signal Processing. He has held the position of program chair for ICCCS2015, ISIS2017, iFUZZY2018, and ICCCS2019. In 2014, he was a visiting scholar at the University of Maryland, and in 2013, he served as the director of the Gyeongbuk techno-park specialization center. Professor Yeom holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Connecticut, awarded in 2006. Currently, he is overseeing several research projects funded by the Korean government and Daegu University. |

Prof. Guokai Xu Dean of Mechanical Engineering College, Zhuhai College of Science and Technology, China Guokai Xu is currently a professor and dean of the School of Mechanical Engineering of Zhuhai University of Science and Technology. He has been awarded the titles of national characteristic specialty construction site leader, provincial famous teacher, provincial excellent course leader, provincial teaching team leader, provincial specialty leader, and school level excellent teaching leader. He has served as a master's supervisor of Northeast University, Northern University for Nationalities and Dalian University for Nationalities. Served as the consultant of municipal new energy automobile industry alliance, expert of high-tech enterprise identification and other social positions. He has taught graduate and undergraduate courses such as Linear System. He has published more than 30 academic papers in important journals at home and abroad. He published 4 textbooks and 3 academic monographs. He has presided over one national scientific research project, seven provincial and ministerial scientific research and educational reform projects. Research Areas: new energy vehicle control technology. This paper mainly studies the motion control technology and bus control system of pure electric vehicles using fuel cells and nickel hydrogen batteries as energy sources. |
Assoc. Prof. Hoshang Kolivand, IEEE Senior Member Liverpool John Moores University (LJMU), UK Hoshang Kolivand is an accomplished researcher in the field of computer science, specializing in AI and Mixed Reality. He received his MS degree in applied mathematics and computer from Amirkabir University of Technology, Iran, in 1999. He went on to pursue his PhD at the Media and Games Innovation Centre of Excellence (MaGIC-X) in Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, completing it in 2013. Dr. Kolivand further honed his expertise in Augmented Reality through a Post Doctoral program at UTM in 2014. With a rich academic background, Hoshang has previously served as a lecturer at Shahid Beheshti University, Iran, and later as a Senior Lecturer at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. Currently, he holds the position of Reader(Associate Professor) in AI and Mixed Reality at Liverpool John Moores University and is also a Visiting Professor at Bharath Institute of Higher Education and Research: BIHER, Chennai, India. Throughout his career, Hoshang has made significant contributions to the academic community. He has authored numerous articles in international journals, conference proceedings, and technical papers, including book chapters. Additionally, he has published several books on object-oriented programming and mathematics. Dr. Kolivand is recognized as a Senior member of IEEE and actively contributes to various conferences and international journals as a Technical Program Committee (TCP) member. His dedication to advancing the field of computer science and his passion for research continue to drive his pursuit of knowledge and innovation. |
